Many of these courses may cover the same material in a slightly different way. We found that getting the same information twice was valuable and the often each course had a slightly different twist.
We recommend you pick one or two in your area of interest and focus there first. We also recommend that you get your personal financial picture and assets in place using Lee Phillips course first and any credit repair courses as well in parallel with your other real estate study.

There are many gurus promoting creative real estate courses. We have attended many seminars and unfortunately most of them are set up to promote more seminars and more boot camps with the prices escalating beyond reason. For example we know of one course where we had a free one day seminar that lead us to a $4995 boot camp for four days on commercial properties. During those four days we got one day of the guru and 8 other boot camps for $4995 promoted plus a premium course for just $20,000 more.
